Our child tickets apply to those who are aged between 3 years old and 17 years old. Anyone who is 18 years old and above requires an adult ticket to enter the park. For little adventurers who are 2 years old and under, they are free of charge to enter, however, please select a ‘General Admission (under 3 years old)’ ticket for them at the checkout so we can keep track of our COVID Safe capacities and for accurate contact tracing purposes.

Please note: children (or groups of children) who are 17 years old & under must have an adult (18+) accompany them inside the park & hold a valid ticket.

We recommend between 2-3 hours to experience everything offered in the General Admission ticket. Depending on your family, you could spend up to a whole day enjoying the facility.

All of our experiences, including our Tree Surfing experiences, operate rain, hail or shine! If it is raining, our Tree Surfing sessions and park will still operate. Our Tree Surfing courses are designed and built to operate in rainy conditions.

For the safety of visitors, we will cancel sessions in severe weather conditions such as lightning storms, extremely high winds, government declared catastrophic bushfire weather warning days and floods. If we decide to cancel any of our experiences, we will give our guests as much notice as possible and reschedule their booking date or give a system credit.

If you wish to cancel your booking, we require up to 2 hours notice before your session begins to cancel a booking. We can move your booking to a specific date if you’ve got one in mind or we can give you a system credit against your name to re-book your experience down the track. System credits are valid for 12 months.

Please note: once your booking and payment is processed, tickets are non-refundable.

Yes. All participants are required to sign a waiver. Children must have their release waiver signed by their own parent or supervising adult. Release waivers can be downloaded here.

Absolutely! All participants of our Tree Surfing experiences must go through the safety briefing with our instructors prior to beginning the course regardless if you’ve been before.

All new participants are required to sign a waiver release form before arriving. Once signed, our waivers are valid for 1 year from date of signing or if we create a new form, whichever comes first. If it has been longer than 1 year since your last visit, you will be required to sign the waiver again.

Each level of our Tree Surfing courses flow along a secure, continuous wire and finish by zipline. Once attached to a level’s wire, you will need to continue the level and complete it. If you aren’t able to complete your course because of fear or you change your mind mid-climb, please note tickets are non-refundable.

If you are planning on Tree Surfing, you need to wear enclosed toe, flat-soled shoes that won’t come off (eg. runners/sneakers). You need to wear shorts or pants, no skirts or dresses and clothing that is appropriate for the weather on the day. We recommend active wear and steering away from light colours such as white, as you may get dirty!

Yes! Locker hire is available at $1 for Tree Surfing & Big Zip participants only and can be purchased at our Tree Surfing Harness Room. Although locker space is available, it can be limited during peak times and we recommend bringing along only what you need for your session.

Guests are given a hard-copy ticket/receipt upon their arrival which acts as their pass-out for the day. This means that you can leave and re-enter the park if you need to get things from your car as long as you keep that ticket/receipt for proof of entry.

Sadly, no. All pets are not allowed inside the park. We are located in native bushland and have furry friends that can wander through our park from time to time.

The Tube Slides are safe for children of all ages but we recommend that children 4 years and younger be accompanied by an adult in a double sized tube. As long as your child can reach the handles either side of the tube and hang on while sitting within the tube, then he/she will be safely able to ride the Tube Slides independently.

We also have a specifically designed Kids Tube Slide for those little adventurers to ride by themselves. Children 4 years and under can ride this slide by themselves.

We love when our guests enjoy the park as much as we do! Share your adventures on social media and tag us so we can see all the fun you’ve had!

All phones, cameras or GoPros must be securely attached when participating on the Tree Surfing courses, either by a neck or wrist lanyard or placed in a zipped pocket. Lanyards must be approved by a team member prior to beginning your session.

GoPros are more than welcome to be used. We allow chest or wrist attachments to be used whilst participating on the Tree Surfing courses. All attachments must be approved by a team member prior to beginning your session.

Unfortunately, no. All participants are required to use our equipment on our Tree Surfing courses for safety reasons.  You are welcome to bring your own protective gloves for your Tree Surfing climb.

Disposable chin protectors are provided during the COVID Safe period for the added safety and hygiene of all guests as well as regular cleaning procedures put in place for all of our equipment.

Yes, we have a cafeteria on site that supplies a healthy eating menu over summer with fruit salad, a selection of  wraps & sandwiches, yoghurt, salads, hot chips, pies, pasties, sausage rolls, snacks and of course; coffee! During the winter months, the menu is a little more restricted, offering mainly hot food, sandwiches, snacks and hot & cold drinks.

We encourage guests to bring a picnic and blanket to sit back and take in the gorgeous gardens and natural bushland surrounds. If you have any specific dietary requirements, we suggest bringing in your own food or picnic.

Please note that table, chairs and pop-up tents are not allowed into the park as they can be a safety hazard for other patrons, particularly during peak periods. Our team may ask you to leave any tables, chairs or tents in the car for safety reasons. Picnic blankets are recommended and allowed, plus there are plenty of picnic tables already situated across the park for guests to make use of during their visit.

No. We are a BBQ free venue and portable BBQ’s are not permitted inside the park.

We provide limited wheelchair friendly car parks and toilets at our main entrance. Our paths are all ramped but due to the topography of the property (we are situated on the side of a hill) the grade of the paths are a little steep in some places. With assistance, wheelchair users can experience the whole property. Without assistance, wheelchair users can still visit the Hedge Maze and Cafe that is all on one level. Please be advised that during the summer months the park is very congested which can impact on indoor circulation space.

If you arrive within the first 45 minutes after your start time, our team will do their best to put you up on the course at the next available session time. This will unfortunately not extend your climb time (e.g. if you are meant to start at 10am to 12:00pm but arrive at 10:30am, you will still finish at 12:00pm)

However, if you arrive later then 45 minutes to your Tree Surfing session (e.g. your session at 10am and you arrive AFTER 10.45am), the Tree Surfing portion of your ticket will be forfeited.

All Tree Surfers are required to arrive at least 30 minutes to the park before their session time starts (e.g. 9.30am minimum arrival for a 10am start) to make sure they can get into the park and down to the Harness Room on time. If you know you are running late, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
